Even though the standard Wii Fit user only does 10-15 minutes of exercising I can’t understand how they do it. Maybe it is the fact that I am not used to an actual exercise regime. My wife asked me to try out the Wii Fit with her one night, and I didn’t think that there would be a problem. I was wrong. This system is a serious fat burner in my book. Now maybe it is the fact that I was doing this for the first time, but it seemed like she was a pro, and she busted my chops. I have played Wii games in the past, but this was a new experience. I think that the Wii Fit could be good for me if I got onto a routine with it, and put some effort into making it work. My wife loves using the Wii Fit, and the Wii ingeneral. She has made some extraordinary changes to her weight, and I am very proudof her for trying, and also for keeping up with it.
