Setting Up A Video Rack

In my business I have had the opportunity of setting up rack video systems.  In these racks I would have dvd players, satellite boxes, and vcrs.  Recently I was asked if there was a way for me to add a video game system to one of the racks.  I thought long, and hard if this idea could work.  Based on the distance that would be involved for the remotes to work I decided against it.

In my house I do have a video game setup on my rack system.  I can play my video game from any tv in the house this way, and the distance of the remote on the PS3 isn’t bad.  I have decided that I will need to add a rackmount lcd to the configuration so that when I need to work on the rack I can easily make any adjustments that need to be made, and also see what I am doing on the system.

Having a game that is able to display on any tv in my house is probably the most elaborate gaming setup that I have read about, or heard of.  What do you think?
